Meet Chef Jesse

After cooking dinner with my father and assisting my mother with her cake and chocolates business as a child, I got my first restaurant job.  I started at a quick service place in Ohio and quickly moved onto  family casual.  Eventually leading to my decision to attend culinary arts school, I relocated to Norfolk, VA, and attended Johnson & Wales University, where I graduated top 5 in my class and became a teaching assistant and fellow while earning my AAS and BS.  I began cooking as the executive chef of country clubs, contract dining and personalized catering.


When I arrived to Richmond in 2009, I carried on my personal catering services and started my LLC in 2017 to help families spend busy nights with better quality meals, while gaining valuable time to spend with family and improving quality of life.  Passion leads my 22 years of cooking and gardening, sustainably eating, educating, and creating new dishes keeps it fresh.
